"not a fan of this place at all, makes me feel like when Dan Morgan was there it was like a dream come true and now that tom has taken over its the complete opposite. kind of sad when u start calling happy and curious about quotes and they answer the first time. then after that u are basically calling to transfer to another agent. which I cant even do cuz nobody answers the phone, or calls back. now i have to personally walk in just to say i would like a transfer....how sad smh. other agent i called picked up no problem. but you call tom u get answered first time maybe second if u are lucky after that just tossed aside. i cant leave because nobody answers and i cant do anything over the phone cuz nobody answers.... how ironic. and no i wont change my review no matter what you had plenty of chances"
